On January 12, 2010, a massive earthquake struck Haiti, reducing much of its capital to rubble. It was the worst earthquake in the region in more than 200 years, with as many as 50,000 feared dead. The devastation has created serious obstacles to those attempting to deliver promised foreign aid.. Thousands of bodies fill the streets and as many men, women and children are now experiencing day two of no food / water or medical help.
It has never been easier to help – Simply text the word HAITI to 90999 you will have just donated $10 to the American Red Cross for Haiti. If you want to donate $100, do it 10 times.
